    Preferential attention / Possibility of execution of the workshop by ourselves

    Is included the option that one of the members of the team of OSS could provide the execution of the workshop in the place where it will be done (travel and maintenance not included), participating on the training of the managers of future replications. If this option could not be possible, for the impossibility of paying the travel or maintenace, the attention would consist on the developing of the workshop dynamics along the duration of the first one imparted by the collaborator association or entity. Finalmente, ¡Seguimos avanzando! / Finally, we go ahead!

Después de dar vueltas y vueltas, atando y desatando cabos, podemos ya dar a conocer con felicidad las fechas en las que se llevará a cabo la primera experiencia compartida entre dos instituciones culturales de Our Shared Scenario.

 

Será dentro de poco, durante las dos primeras semanas de septiembre.

Finalmente, estamos contentísimos de poder contar con la colaboración de MediaLab-Prado, en Madrid, que en el justo momento en que las dificultades para encontrar un colaborador adecuado nos hacían temer por la continuidad del proyecto, apareció de forma sorprendente ofreciéndonos su ayuda y sus ganas de colaborar. Empezamos mandándoles un abrazo y también, a la gente de l’Estruch, en Sabadell, que han estado y están siempre ahí, a nuestro lado.

 

MediaLab-prado es un referente en el uso, desarrollo y exploración de tecnología aplicada al bien común y al desarrollo social, especialmente desde el quehacer artístico. Estamos, pues, muy orgullosos de poder trabajar con ellos y con ellos llevar a cabo esta primera experiencia compartida que servirá de base para la consolidación de Our Shared Scenario como una plataforma fiable y de uso sencillo desde la que propiciar experiencias relacionales a través del arte y sustentadas en la telepresencia.

 

Durante 4 sesiones a lo largo de las dos primeras semanas de septiembre, un máximo de 14 usuarios (7 en Sabadell y 7 en Madrid) se vincularán mediante la plataforma Our Shared Scenario,  y a través de ella desarrollarán una experiencia artística híbrida y completa que finalizará en una performance compartida, donde ambos grupos actuarán con sus personajes creados por ellos mismos dentro de un escenario virtual y compartido.

Esta primera experiencia nos servirá para asentar bases y fiabilizar nuestra plataforma para su uso libre y abierto. Estamos muy felices de encontrarnos en este punto, y agradecemos a todos aquellos/as que lo han hecho posible.

After going round and round, tying and untying up loose ends, we can make known the dates of the pilot experience of Our Shared Scenario between two cultural institutions. We do it with joy, and we advance that it will take place during the first two weeks of september, 2015.

 

Finally, we are happy and proud of counting on with the collaboration of Medialab-Prado, in Madrid.

Medialab appeared at the very moment that we were doubting about the continuity of the project, dued to the difficulties in finding an adequate partner. He appeared in a surprising way, offering support and its interest on collaborating. We start sending them a real hug, and another one for the people of l’Estruch, in Sabadell. L’Estruch has constantly been at our side, from the beginning, and will be the other associated entity on this, of course.

 

Medialab is a reference on the uses, development and exploration on technology applied to common goods and social development, from the artistic field. The possibility of working with them it’s a pleasure for us and between them and MediaEstruch we are developing the first shared experience, that will allow us to establish a basis for the consolidation of Our Shared Scenario as a reliable and user-friendly platform. That will be one step on the direction of promoting relational experiences through art and telepresence.

 

Through 4 sessions along the two first weeks of september, a maximum number of 14 boys and girls (7 in Sabadell and 7 in Madrid) will establish a bound using the Our Shared Scenario  platform. An authentic hybrid artistic experience is going to take place. It will end on a shared performance, where both groups are going to perform with characters created all by themselves, on a virtual and common stage.

 

This first experience will allow us to lay the foundations for make our platform reliable, and offer it to the world in a free and open way, as a symbol of our gratitude to the common knowledge and to all of you, that have make it possible.
