I’m Julián Zapico, Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and expert in fermentation and distillation processes. After more than 20 years working in research and development across several countries, I decided to bring that knowledge into the world of craft spirits — combining scientific precision with sensory creativity.
The team also includes:
• Óscar y Roberto Butragueño, in charge of operations and sales, with extensive experience in the gastronomy sector.
• Pablo Zeta, graphic designer and creator of Sultan Gin’s visual identity, inspired by oriental aesthetics and the refinement of distilling art.
Distillation takes place with manual control at every stage — from botanical selection to final bottling.
